O'Reilly Auto Parts

Friendly staff, decent prices. Need to with on their online availability. I will always shop around for the beter parts prices and on several occasions I have had to buy a fairly expensive item. While their site showed this store had a particular part when I went to purchase it I was told that it wasn't in stock. When I searched all their different stores in this area to find the one that had it. Went to that store inventory was wrong. The clerk was good enough to discount the item but inventory should be spot on in an auto parts store. Once I could understand but this is more than a handful of times. But I still recommend this place because the staff are great and very knowledgeable.

These guys basically saved me I broke down at night and was barely able to get to the store. I knew how to repair the issue but needed parts and tools Jonathan made sure I had everything I needed to get it done and never rushed me or anything even though i took until a little after they closed to finish then he checked up on me after to make sure I was good to go. Forever loyal to O'Reilly after this!

I went in to ask about my dash lights being out and the guy said what year and I told him 2013 seebring. He said what kind is that? I had to tell him it was a Chrysler. He then told me to look under the dash for the fuses and get my book out and look for information. I knew the fuse box was under the hood so I opened the hood but couldn't tell which one was out. I went back in to ask how I can tell which one was bad but nobody was at the counter. I waited for about 5 minutes and nobody came out of the back. I left without getting an answer or any offers to help me with my problem. I was surprised I didn't even get an offer to come out and help me when my hood was up and was obviously not solving my problem. I probably won't go there again for help.

These guy's where very helpful. They didn't have what I needed but told who did and where. A great experience in parts shopping.

Constantly have to go back and exchange parts because they are completely incorrect, most of the guys there are good but definetly bottom of the barrel for part knowledge
