Yeah I think my experience was like most others an A+ all the way. Had whole family switching from Verizon to T-Mobile and Dominic lead the charge and everyone entire staff are great and entertaining. Even the staff in training that day were personality plus it’s a great store would recommend it to anybody looking for a great service. And I would bet you based on the customer service that we received the T-Mobile is number one in customer retention. That to me is far more valuable than any thing else that means a customer always comes first. Something other mobile companies have lost sight of. So two thumbs up T-Mobile

Dominique and the guys here were great. I’ve been a Sprint customer for 6 years. I had problems uploading my backup and they helped me out tons. Great experience. Go here

I love what they do...have gotten 2 neighbors.?.and my daughter to switch over to T-MOBILE....sad as I am..I may HAVE to leave them....and they have LOTS of cool stuff....and Tuesdays is a really good day....nBut...my loss...although my bill will drop to less than a quarter of what I pay here...really wish they just didn't.?.or more Did something.?.that keeps me from being able to stay.!...sad..nBut...they have everything...internet....phone...a little tv...app ...xome...
