We first purchased a couch from Ashley's Furniture in July. Unfortunately, they were unable to fulfill our order within the allotted 90-day time-frame. After visiting Urban Styles, on several occasions, we settled on a gorgeous cappuccino piece they had in the showroom.nnWe had some hesitation, as the world is in flux due to the pandemic and furniture is anything, but easy to come by. Mike did everything to assure us he could have our couch to us within the month. I was extremely skeptical, I must admit, but we still went through with the purchase. Mainly because they offered us a sweet deal, that even if we had to wait, was well worth the hassle.nnNot only did Urban Styles Furniture deliver on their promise, they called us within two-weeks of said purchase to schedule delivery. I am nothing short of amazed with the quality of service we have received.nnThe delivery crew was fast, efficient, and respectfully followed all guidelines whilst in our home. Ordered an $800 dining table on July 26 and paid in full. Salesman on the floor told me 3-5 weeks for delivery. Manager who rang me up referenced the pandemic and made me initial on the receipt 6-8 weeks, annoying switch but fine. 9 weeks go by, I call to inquire, no call back. Every 2 weeks I call to check, each time they say they have our invoice, but I never get a return call with an update. A few weeks back I call and the associate says oh yes we're getting a large shipment of 50 of these tables on Tuesday, you'll get a call by Thursday to schedule delivery. Needless to say I didn't get a call. The next call I reference that Thanksgiving is in one week and my immediate family of 5 has been using a card table since July and if they can't give me a straight answer they need to process a refund so I can order another table from a reputable business. Associate says of course, he understands, promises he'll check on my order. Per usual, no follow up. Oh yeah, they also charge sales tax on their delivery service fees which is illegal, that's how desperate they apparently are for a few dollars. Avoid this place I'm not sure how they remain in business at this point, I'm jealous of the customers who actually get furniture in exchange for the money paid. In September I ordered couches from Haverty's across the street that were delivered as promised within 3 weeks. I see there are many reviews outlining similar circumstances.

I walked in here on a whim and wow am I glad I did!! James helped me when I found a couch that perfectly matched my style. He was very knowledgeable and made the process so easy. I am a young professional and this couch is my first time purchasing a piece of nice furniture. I love that I was able to get an American made product and support a family owned company! I will definitely be going back in the future!

We are first time home owners who have a modern taste. Mike helped us with our choices and was very personable. We were very happy with the selection that they offered. Not only were prices affordable but the quality of the furniture was worth the price! I will definitely shop here again!

It can be very difficult to find a furniture store with character but this store has it in spades. They'll work with you to give you great service, modern furniture, and the exact fit for your style and comfort. I don't have a bad word to say about my purchases from them; except that my couch is so comfortable I keep falling asleep on it! I'm grateful to the staff and owner for providing such a pleasant furniture shopping experience after weeks of drowning in a sea of couches. Don't stress with anywhere else.
