I love shopping at Macys so I was looking forward to going back for the first time since the pandemic started. Bad idea. Sad to say that my family can’t go back because too many were not caring at all and NOT wearing masks. Don’t tell people it’s safe and then don’t enforce masks and 6 feet. Not worth the risk ud83dude37.
I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from the rudest customer service person. It took a good 30 minutes to get the shoes. When I questioned why it was taking so long I was told he was multitasking and had other things to do. Not once did he apologize for my wait. So I have no intention of entering another Macy's!
