I had a GREAT experience Lamar The store manager VERY HELPFUL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !His Team was nice as well ! Glad I didn’t give up on rent a center and came to this location ! Clean fast friendly !n10th Arlington location WOULD NOT recommend !
TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES some of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered coming to my house threatening my family also trying to fight my fiancé I have never in my entire life had to deal with this type of trash NEVER getting anything from rent a center again

Overall the service was poor. I didn't quite catch the name of the store manager but I'm assuming the Caucasian lady is the store manager she was very rude. The workers seemed to be embarrassed by the way she spoke to the customers and the merchandise that I received from them was in poor condition. I would have loved to receive something new and not used. I wish they would have told me that instead of just pushing a item on me that was previously used. If anything I would recommend them with out the store manager and if you asked about new merchandise instead of used
