My husband and I ordered a new sofa. We were allowed to pick a delivery, today, and after waiting we finally called. We were told the delivery date was changed. They couldn't explain to us why we weren't notified of the change. It was automatically changed to a time/date we couldn't be home. Even though the error was their fault, they couldn't accommodate a reasonable time frame to deliver when we could be home. Even if we were willing to wait extra WEEKS for the delivery based on their schedule, they would only refund half of a delivery fee. We canceled the entire order. Very poor customer service.

This was our third time buying from Weekends Only and we wanted an area rug for our dining room. We went to both Indy locations to view the selections, found the rug we wanted, it was a reasonable price and pick it up the next day. The staff has always been professional and friendly and all three times the purchasing process was straightforward.

I’ve had TWO very positive experiences buying from them since I’ve lived here. Al has helped us both times purchasing new mattresses and was very friendly. Being a former retail salesman, I understand the “pressure to sell” and so on, but felt none of that from Al. He gave us great info, answered any question we asked, and gave the straightforward truth about warranties, protection and so on. We’ll be back when it’s time to buy another big piece of furniture for sure!

I ordered a sectional and bed over a month ago. I called customer service this morning to get a status. She told me the couch was on back order until November. Not once was I notified of this. I asked for a refund and was told to call back later. I called back and then was told only a certain person can refund and that she was on the phone and would call me back. I waited over an hour and called back again because nobody called me. I’m currently on hold now for over 30 minutes ! I just want my money back....
