As i walked in i was not offered any assistance not even a hello...i walked around for 15-20 minutes...decided to leave cause the customer service and help were relaxing on the showroom furniture...as i went to leave it was then i was told to let them know if i needed any help...wow. The exact words were do you have any questions not once was asked can I assist you. American Freight needs to training their employees on customer service not how to relax right in front of the entrance.
Showed up 20 minutes before close today only for the door to be locked and we could see a guy through the window sitting on his phone. Unfortunately you lost a sale because of wanting to go home right at closing time. I hope someone will be made aware of this by seeing this review.
