Professional help available in the window blinds department.
They have great high quality products and materials. The customer service was excellent with all of my questions, they also greeted me politely and positively asked me to have a great day. I was blown away from the customer service received from Joe. I had a Kwikset lock, specifically the tumbler that wasn’t failing to change to a new key. Joe was relentless and committed to helping me until the new key was accepted. He did right for the customer and I appreciate him more than he knows! Thanks for taking care of me like family, Joe. You’re a class act!
The staff saw us looking around and kindly asked if they could help. We were very happy to say yes please. The staff directed us to the items we needed. The display was easy to read and locate what we needed. The price was right too, thanks Lowes staff ud83dudc4d
This is a not a review of this property or it's staff. It is a review of Lowe's warranty program. Great program as long as you don't need to replace an appliance quickly like a clothes washer. Right now I am into this process at four weeks and $250 spent on laundry service. It is going to take another four weeks to receive payment and get the washer replaced with will cost me another $300 in laundry services. I am getting $532.68 back. The math says don't buy a warranty. I am actually loosing money because I have to spend it at Lowe's. The Warranty department doesn't understand my complaint. Simple math take a class.
