Be very careful buying a phone from the Metropcs locations in Indianapolis. Bought a LG K40 that only worked for 2 weeks, had to go through their in store warranty to get a replacment. Once the replacement phone showed up 3 weeks later at their store, I went back to exchange the broken phone for the replacement.nThey claimed since a small part of the back of the original phone popped up that it's now damaged they won't accept it for warranty. Now I'm stuck with $150 brick. Buyer beware!!
I have never had any trouble with customer service until now. They do not answer the phone. I guess because of the pandemic.
