I went in to the Indianapolis Sam Ash store with a specific guitar in mind. I saw it in their online inventory. I called the store to verify it was there and it was.nnWhen I got to the store I was taken directly to the guitar and it was on sale for $300 less than the online price! Can't say no to that.nnI had some gear to trade in and the transaction was quick and easy thanks to the helpful and friendly staff (Dylan and Cameron). Thanks again Sam Ash.
Everyone sells the standard music industry equipment. The speaker I purchased I could get at the competition. I went to SA for the experience. Customer service is a dying art. I received excellent service from Cameron. I will keep coming back as long as employees like him are assisting me on my purchase
We have had such a great experience at Sam Ash from purchasing a guitar to the lessons my son takes. His teacher is knowledgeable and keeps him engaged.
I've always loved this store. The staff are always pleasant and willing to oblige my needs. From beginning to end this store is clean and well managed. My #1 go to store for any of my music gear and supplies.
The store has a very large selection of instruments, most new, some used: guitars, electric basses, amplifiers, and more as well as percussion, horns, and recording equipment. My wife and I bought a new Strat, amplifier, and accessories for our grandson for his college graduation. The young man who helped us was knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient. It was a very good experience.
