Years ago I conducted business with Ovation spending several thousands of dollars on home audio equipment. The device and rapport were impecible. Times have definitely changed. I called to inquire about having a high end car audio system installed in my 2020 grand Cherokee Trailhawk. The individual that answered the phone seemed annoyed from the start. I explained I have my own equipment and just need the installation. He explained that they do make exceptions (once again with a very annoyed tone) depending on the equipment. I conveyed that I didn’t want to want his or most certainly my time so I thought he easier way was to read off a list of what I wanted installed. As I began to tell him what I had he had no interest and said you’ll just have to bring it in so I can see. I explained that it was all new in the box and before I could finish he told me th same thing again. He had no interest in assisting me whatsoever. I don’t usually complain when I get bad service, I just don’t go back...ever. In this case they are getting the best of both world from me today..a complaint and not only will I not give them my business, of which was the installation, wiring and sound dampening of over $10k of equipment on a brand new vehicle, I will post my experience on my work website so that the other 1400 employees may see how I was treated.

Ovation is definitely the place to have your car stereo installed. Chris and Trae helped me pick out the right components, and did a excellent job on the installation. My system sounds great.nYou guys rock. Keep up the good work.

The guys at Ovation, Trey and Chris, were very helpful. I can be inquisitive and they were happy to answer all my questions. A special thanks to Chris who spent a great deal of time with me and I thank him for that. I am much more knowledgeable now and will definitely return for future needs.
