Absolutely horrid service. Defective phone that they issued an authorization on (after checking that was in good condition) and then three weeks later when the new phone came in they rejected the phone. No pictures of the spot they claimed was damaged. Escalated and nothing. A bait and switch scenario where the phone was good enough for a return authorization but not good enough once the new phone came in. Metro has been stacking up bad customer reviews for good reason. Sickening.
