Chandler and Isaiah (sp?) were amazing. I went in at around 6pm to upgrade/ add/ move phones on lines and they immediately rose to the challenge. With being a sprint customer, they were handicapped from the beginning as their store did not offer them the support or tools that they needed to succeed in this challenge. After sticking around until 930 (their store closes at 8), they were determined to succeed though tech support would not support their success. I had to go to another store to finish the job, but hats off to their dedication to succeed and take care of the customer!

We were greeted by a young man and i asked my question. He was very up front and told me that he was a new employee, excused himself, went to the back and got the manager, Michael. Michael was able to answer my question and took time to show me what to do if the problem arises again. I also wanted to see what I could find out about their app that shields scam calls that will be available to customers with their Magenta account. The app will be available at no additional charge on 07/24. The employees are always professional and send how ever much time it takes to assist customers.nI highly recommend this TMobile store.

#MAXIMUM EFFORT, not, kids in store put things on my plan I didn't know or even need, then when I called to get it removed ,magenta1, you have to call 611 stay away from this location
