The worst place ever! I order a cake a week ahead and did what I was told to do and not one person reached out to me. They said they email me and never did I get an email from them to confirm anything. I called to even make sure they got my emails and was told they did and that some one will contact me by calling me. Never receive a call or an email. So I called again today and I was told I never respond back to there email to confirm and if i wanted a cake for my son's birthday Sunday it would be to late. All they had to say was they couldn't make the cake. If I could, I wouldn't give any stars.
I love the cupcakes and brownies and it was good to receive the information regarding the cupcakes needing to be kept in the refrigerator, because I did by one that was hard and cold, but now it all makes sense. If customers are told these type of things, it'll go a long way at keeping the bad reviews down and allow us to enjoy our purchase,, instead of us assuming the product is old and throwing it away, because the products really are awesome.
I wanted to order a special order of banana pudding.nnNyja helped me and was soooo professional and the pan was HUGE and the pudding was goooood!nnI can't believe the price! #ThisPlaceRocks

Love the turtle cheesecake, caramel cupcakes, strawberry lemonade cupcakes, & our daughter loves every cookie she’s ever had from here. All the employees are always super nice!
