It was good. It was my first time eating I just had the pick 2 classic grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup. I'll be trying the flatbread pizza next. The staff is always friendly and fast.
I was told someone would wait on me to take my order. I waited 15 minutes. I asked a person who was eating how long it took to be waited on. They told me I had to go up and get my order taken. And bring it back to the table to eat. I'm handicap walking with a cane can't do that. Thy saw that when I questioned them when I came to the door. Will not come back.
The service was good at this Panera. The food was prepared quickly and they had outdoor seating available. If you follow a gluten free diet, they do not have gluten free bread; however there are many options on the menu that do not have ingredients with gluten. I would highly recommend the pick 2 menu!
Absolutely perfect. It took me longer to place my order (while sitting in the parking lot mind you) than to recieve it. Literally we placed the order, waited for someone who was not doing curbside to pull out of the designated parking, turned around and pulled into the curbside area and the lady walked out with our food. WOW! Everything was very flavorful! I love their tomato soup. Today was my first time trying the Napa Almond Chicken Salad and it was also delightful. Very impressed!
Clean and spacious area. They have adequate social distancing measures in place, and mandate masks for both customers and staff in keeping with current regulations.nnFriendly staff and speedy turnaround from order to to receipt.
