Absolutely a good experience. Karina, a young special person . Professional, friendly, very informative, helpful, took the time to explained the new phone thoroughly.The purchased Phone was for my grandson & reassured him if any problems to go back for help. I was so impressed. Store was clean & the other gal was disinfecting as a customer left.

This store is not very professional, they seem to not like their jobs, they seem to be miserable or think it's Funny when something isn't right, and they rush you out the door and don't fix your phone correctly and seem to always be out of phones. If you need Metro By T-Mobile Location go to the Guadalupe Plaze they are Amazing!

Worse METRO IN THE CITY BY FAR . They don’t know anything about there phones ... sold me a phone Saying it had smart view and the phone didn’t . Went back they only had to say “SoRRy”...

These poor guys have no idea what they’re talking about. I was asking pretty specific questions and dude would respond with some canned answers that weren’t even relevant to what was up. Then when dude ran out of things to say he “accidentally” hung up. Avoid this trash-shack trap.

Yesterday I went to buy a cell phone. I did not know that the store has 2 entrances, enter through the side and the first thing I heard was a man yelling at me that he had to leave the store. then wait at the other entrance until they called me. when I entered the man asked me 3 or 4 times the same questions to enter my account, it took a long time to program the new cell phone since he was all the time looking out of the store and did not pay attention to what I was asking him . Then he gives me the cell phone without asking if I needed anything else, an accessory, etc. I notify him that I want to provide the insurance to the cell phone and he tells me that he does have the insurance. I left the store and when I called metro pcs and they told me that the cell phone does not have insurance and that I can no longer put it. And he didn't give me the receipt, I had to go back to the store to get it. Not only did this happen to other clients as well A HORRIBLE SERVICE
