I've been working with them for a year now and haven't had any issues. A few weeks ago I placed an order and I was charged an amount different than what my invoice showed that was given to me upon picking up my items. I contacted the girl I usually work with and she told me she would look into it because she was out of the office when I placed and picked up my order. Upon looking into it she told me she was waiting to hear from her boss regarding how he wanted to handle the issue. About a week went by and I messaged her again asking for an update because I was needing to place another order but I wanted to make sure this issue was handled first. I then received a phone call from her boss about 5 minutes later in which he was very rude and condescending to me and told me that he was going to fix the problem and just close my account and that he would no longer be doing business with me! I asked him why and he said because I wouldn't accept the fact that they made an error and that human errors occur and he didn't want to deal with this again if another error occurred! So instead of taking the $11.95 (yes, only $11.95!) loss he very rudely told me to take my business elsewhere and that he would let me win! I was very shocked and as I was trying to ask about getting my refund he hung up on me! I cannot believe a business would be so rude to someone. I will say, the girl I usually dealt with was always very nice and helpful. But unfortunately if you do business with them and there is an issue the man running things will treat you, the customer, like a piece of garbage! Be aware before doing any business with this company!
