Extra Space Storage

My RV wasn't in this 'secure storage' facility for 5 days before someone cut my catalytic converter off. The facility took zero accountability and must not have cared enough to go through the video footage to determine how the thieves got in. Did they have a gate code? Did they climb over the barbed wire fence? Was there a license plate #? Was it an inside job? Someone new an older RV (with not 1, but 2 catalytic converters on it) was new to the lot....somehow.nI got no answers and absolutely no concerns. No calls from management, no apologies, nothing. Just my $110 charge from the facility, the cost of a new cat converter and a plane ticket to fly back to Indiana from my work contract so that I could move it from their storage as not to give them one more penny of my money! One day I was told they just recently acquired the property and didn't know much about the video surveillance....and the next I was told that in 17 years they'd never had this happen. Not sure how that makes sense. Either way, the contract states they are not liable for any damages....even if you purchase their monthly insurance! What a joke!nnIf you want to pay someone to keep your property safe or have any sort of customer service skills....this is NOT the place!
