Oh my! The savings is phenomenal! I wasn't sure I was going to find what I wanted today but I did, and at a fantastic price. The associate helped me, addressed my concerns, and was knowledgeable about the various choices. Add in the sale price, pre-black Friday, and I am one very happy customer.

Sales employee was helpful in letting me browse and notifying me about special pricing that day and applied my veterans discount. Very helpful and was able to schedule an agreeable delivery date. While the inventory was not the greatest to choose from was able to select what i needed.

Great experience. I felt like we got great deals on the furniture we purchased. Kyle took care of us at the south side store and I feel bad but forgot the nice lady who helped me at the north side store. Delivery was excellent. I purchased from both the north and south side stores and had a good experience at both. Definitely will recommend and buy from again.

My in store experience was very good. The salesman was very helpful and professional. However my furniture was damaged between purchase and delivery. The table and chairs were not in perfect condition when purchased but there was some additional fairly significant damage to the chairs. One chair has a chunk of wood in the bottom of a leg gashed out.

Bought a nice sectional couch a few years ago for nearly $1000 from the Lafayette store. I've always done my best to keep it in good condition, no stains or spills, I'm not a heavy guy either. However recently the couch cushions have started to pull apart, leaving gaps between the cushions that are uncomfortable to sit on. The cushions seem sto slide out more, causing me to be constantly pushing them back in. My fiance' actually examine the cushions and it seems to be made of just loose filling, which means we can't washing the cushion seats. Overall it's a nice looking couch but it's not the best quality and seems to be poorly constructed on the interior details. Furniture Row on the other hand, which my fiance's got her couch from, is much better constructed, is covered by a much better warranty, and has held up far better than mine from Kittles has. I think the people at Kittles are great the furniture looks good, but unfortunately I've found through a few items I've bought from there that the quality isn't the best and the pieces aren't meant to last.
