I love this store. The employees are very friendly and helpful as well. The store manager Joe is the best! I ordered two freezers from here with hopes of renting their vehicle so that I can transport the freezers to my home. Unfortunately they had no rental vehicles available so the store manager Joe personally deliver my freezers. Talk about great customer service! This store goes over and beyond. Thank you so much.

My favorite tool store, only problem is everything keeps getting stolen. I've been waiting months for the Rigid job max 18v to come in and when their system shows it in sick they're never on the shelf. Compared to other home depots customer service is a little cold. Their tool rep won't offer anything or even hassle for your patience or inconvenience like every other location in the central Indiana area. Probably why they keep getting ripped off. Also please shift your knowledgeable employees to these areas not some teenage girl who by her own admission knows nothing about the products in her area.
