Placed an online order for in store pick up. Got an email stating the order was ready. When I went to the store, they spent 15 minutes looking for the order in back. The order was nowhere to be found. I was on a time schedule and had to race around the store to find the items that were on my order. This made me late for my appointment. The purpose of ordering ahead of time is to save time. My son said he had the same problem at the same store, except he waited about a half hour while they looked for his order

Head cashier Dianna was great today. A person from my work place ordered material. He put it in his name instead of our company name. It was quite the hassle but she worked hard to get me out the door. Greatly appreciated.
I was impressed with service I received. It was 10 minutes until closing but the associate take the time to get forklift and found me more 4 blind for my new house. He was my hero of the day.
I typically stay away from Beech Grove altogether but I was close and needed a new grill. Decided to come here and pick up a $400 grill. I paid and checked out and waited around 15 minutes for someone to come outside to get a propane tank. During my wait I encountered the kid taking out trash outside talking about how hard he will party after work that night, complaining that his other coworker didn't show up and how everybody in the place is lazy. I walked inside once and asked my cashier if anybody was coming to help and was promptly ignored. I waited a few more minutes outside and went to Customer Service where I was finally helped. I wish I could review some of the employees separately because Customer Service and the guy who got my grill were fantastic.nNow I'm waiting for someone to help me load the new grill since it was offered. I waited around 10-15 more minutes before I decided that waiting any longer is pointless so I just returned the Grill and left. Very terrible experience. I'll stick with other Lowe's locations for now.
