There is a great selection of materials that one can choose from to obtain what fits your taste. Sales person was very helpful and patient. The reason I only gave it a 1 star rating was because the recliner I sat in and reclined in -- in the store -- was very very comfortable which was why I chose to purchase the particular model that I did. However, after many months of having the recliner in my home and using it, it is extremely uncomfortable, sometimes downright painful to sit it, and I wish I had never purchased it. I even went back to the store one time to once again sit in the model that I had looked at and sat in and reclined in. Sat in it again. It sat completely different than what came to my home. Very comfortable. Mine is definitely not. So disappointed.
Would be a five but do to COVID it won’t be done until January.
Had a really good experience at La-Z-Boy in Southport recently. It was a seamless process of picking out and purchasing a sectional couch and matching chair. Our sales rep, Angel, was very knowledgeable, patient, and forthcoming with information about the products and ordering process. We're very pleased and looking forward to our new couch and chair!
Found what I was looking for at a reasonable price. The sales associate was informative and helpful with my decision. I would recommend others to shop there.
