Dollar Tree

Also see review combined with Dollar General, accidentally. I do know the difference but am old and was fatigued that day. My 4 year granddaughter and I do Dollar Tree crafts. Found acrylic paint! Usually only tempura and we will find out tomorrow how good the acrylic is. Good sized bottle will be a major savings if decent. Got bunches of socks, all the grands, picture frames for their paintings. Dried fruits and vegetables for the critters in the woods. Always excited by all the bargains each and every visit. Sweetest workers, too.

The staff at the store is just amazing. The problem is the store is extremely understaffed and the staff is always incredibly busy but never too busy to take time out for a customer. The biggest problem I found at the store is how dirty it is and how they do not have time to stock the shelves due to the amount of customers they receive at any given time. Most of the time this store has people in and out and the staff doesn't have time to do a lot other than assist customers and check people out at the counter. This store could really use more employees that are as great as the ones that are currently there. If it weren't for the staff I would not continue to go to this location. But the staff is so amazing and we do anything for the customers that it's not worth driving the extra 5 minutes to another store.nI would only blame the owner if it's franchised or corporate if it's not for the lack of employees due to them not wanting to have profit issues instead of taking care of their customers the way the staff employees do. Dollar tree is a company could learn a lot from the staff in this location as to how to be customer service focused and to do their job and promote their business as well as the employees and staff that work there do. I am extremely impressed with this store every time I go with the exception of the things that the owner or corporate has control of. Thank you to the staff for all that you do for your customers. You are greatly appreciated by all even the ones that are a little upset occasionally even they appreciate how good you are at your job when they go into your store even if they don't admit it.

Even the cashier isn't properly masked. It's not safe to shop there.

Big store, nice selection. Fast checkout and CLEAN! THANK YOU!!! I love on the Eastside so naturally the Dollar Tree by me is NOTHING like this. Its totally worth it to drive 15 minutes out of my way to have a nice experience.
