Adversarial customer service. As soon as you arrive, they would just prefer you leave. After being spoken down to and asked to leave, I took my issue to the sprint store on 31 and was greeted by friendly staff that explained my options and ultimately resolved my issue.nnDo yourself a huge favor and go to another sprint store.

Everytime I go in this store they give me a different answer. Due to their ignorance I had to pay more money than I needed to and did not get the correct answers. They kept telling me to wait until a certain date to cancel my plan instead of doing right away so I did not incur more charges.

Went in to up grade our phones and change our carrier. Great team, store manager really knew how to get us the best plan. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The young man that she was training should be a real asset to the staff when he finishes his training . My husband and I are very not techie and they both helped us take care of the transfer quickly and without too many issues. Great place

My grandmother needed her line switched to a new device. She couldn’t do it by herself so she stopped by this location. Not only did they get everything sorted out for her, but the employee who assisted her took time to explain everything to her and found her a phone case a screen protector. She is VERY pleased with her experience and asked me to pass along her review on her behalf. Thank you to this location for helping her and giving her a great experience!

This location is literally the worst. After purchasing a contract that included in store phone repair, they denied my phone repair and gave me the run around because they said the screen was placed on the phone by a !third-party.’ Well, about that... Guess where I bought the phone from? You guessed it. This store. Every time I go, the manager and most of the employees are hiding out in the back room probably playing on their cell phones instead of helping customers as they should. Avoid the store at all costs. The. Worst. I’d give a ZERO star if it was an option.
