I had an appointment at 11 am. I arrived early went into the store and waited at least 20 minutes before waited on (again having an appointment) Purchased the phone as a gift and was charged an upgrade fee of $20.00 when I didn't trade in a device or get on the payment plan. When my phone number was taken down to look at the account information it should have been explained that even though I'm buying the phone it was being put into the system as an upgrade and to avoid the fee I could do so by ordering online. IT WAS NOT. My wife and I didn't understand this so she called the store and was told it was standard in the sense. It wasn't disclosed at the time of purchase and the rep she spoke to said it was. If you go on the website to buy or lease a phone it says the fee is waived, so you get charged for same day service in the sense it seems. Its DEFINITELY NOT about the money ( I bought the phone and walked out) but the principal of the matter. Disclose the information go over the transaction with the customer and people are not surprised.

Purchased a One Plus 7T, but was sold the incorrect case. Returned it after a month, was traded out for correct one and screen protector replaced. Great service!

Had decided never to go in this particular store again after a $250 fiasco, but there's a whole new cast of characters who are amazing! Tammy & Brandon are superb! Thanks for all of your help! Recommend this store for all your t-mobile/cell phone needs!

Came in with an elderly parent, the man with a beard and glasses got her to get an iPhone after years of trying. She loves the camera, she is constantly taking pictures and she is happy with an iPhone after being scared to even hold one.nnWill drive from the East side to this store, much better customer service.

Jaron was excellent! We were having some trouble adding out of state family members to our family plan, but he was able take care of us. He clearly had a mastery of the process and knew what he needed to do to get us to the result we wanted. It may be a small store but it is big on service!
