Funny thing. I actually work here. This isn't biased because I work here it's actually how I feel about everything. Working here is amazing. All of the managers and the staff is very nice, and when people are being rude and indecent they do get punished for it. The food is always made fresh and we all follow the safety and health regulations for every task we do.nnFrom a customers' point of view the place is very nice. All of the customers have good experiences and we give refunds or a free item if they wait for a long period of time, or if they are unhappy with their meal. It's a truly wonderful place and I think everyone should visit.

I love the Southport Panera. Employees are respectful, hardworking, no complainers, unlike Glendale Panera. Glendale s dirty and serious chaos and drama there. Many employees disrespectful. Yet Southport clean, no waiting for employee to come take care of you. And all over service very satisfied.
Great place to start a Panera Bread. They were out of sausage, chocolate drizzle and the correct bread today. Get it together Panera.
