If I could give Jetz a 0 star rating I would. They treated me with utter disrespect. They were extremely unprofessional including their incompetent drivers and branch manager, James Aycock. Unfortunately my property manager used them when I signed my lease. The washer didn’t even do its job and my dryer took about 3 hours to dry a small load of laundry. Fortunately Jetz wanted their w/d back at the end of my lease. So that time came and they picked up the w/d. My new washer and dryer that I purchased arrived that same day (of course not through Jetz). As it turns out Jetz staff are negligent and don’t keep track of their own property because 8 months later I received a text from my property manager stating that Jetz would be coming by the following day to retrieve their w/d so of course I call my property manager and remind them that they had already picked the w/d up 8 months ago. The next day rolls around and I come home to MY washer and dryer that I purchased GONE!! I immediately knew Jetz had them. It turns out their imbecile drivers didn’t bother to check the serial numbers before STEALING them from my home. Which mind you their w/d are all marked with Jetz logo. Anyways I called them of course to see where in the hell my property was and that I expected it to be returned immediately. The crude lady on the phone tells me that they have to take my property an hour away to a warehouse to check the serial numbers to be sure that they are in fact mine and not theirs. Are you kidding me?! I don’t freaking think so! They should have checked the serial numbers before they stole them from my home! So a couple of hours go by and they finally return my w/d. Not only did they return my dryer all scratched and dented but they DROPPED my washer off the back of the truck, 4 feet off the ground. So now my washer is broken, they hook them up anyways and allow me to speak to their branch manager, James Aycock who came an hour later to file an accident report. He told me I would be hearing from an insurance agent within the week, a month goes by and I finally hear from him. Not an insurance agent but James Aycock. He tells me (and I quote) “we have come to a decision and we won’t be compensating you for your damaged w/d and we will do you a favor and not charge you for the w/d that is missing from your unit.” Absolutely unbelievable!!! They never logged that they picked up their w/d so now I’m being punished for their mistake?! How is this legal? That’s what I don’t understand. My property manager is also to blame because they used their key to let Jetz Into my home. These men came into my home, touched my things (during a pandemic mind you) not to mention they removed my clothes from the washer and left them on the floor all soaking wet. I’m repulsed by how poorly this company handled the situation and how poorly they treated me. So no I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!

They finally brought 2 new washers and dryers after a washer set broken down for months. They maybe worked one day and they increased the price on both. One of the washers broke down and it has set there for two weeks. This is an apartment complex and this one building has 58 residents that are all either over 62 or disabled. It's not like these residents can hop in their car and run to the laundromat. Very unprofessional and terrible service.

I hate looking at these reviews every time I look this company up. I am a property manager and refer only this company when residents don't have a w/d. They have always brought out great equipment, been on time for their drop-off's and pick-up's and are here quickly when there is an issue. I do not get anything by writing this review or for referring them. I just believe in referring my resident's to companies that I believe will take excellent care of them. The minute that changes, they will be gone off this property! I certainly hope the few negative reviews were just one-off situations, but you never know.

They honestly deserve less than one star. Their unit which we rent month to month flooded our entire first floor due to a faulty hose clamp on the washer fill line. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager Bryan at the office in Indianapolis is extremely unprofessional and tried to make accusations towards myself claiming the incident was my fault even when said technician showed me the issue and said it was caused by poor upkeep. They refuse to cover any of the $8,500 in damage to our property. Now we are taking legal action against Jetz. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR LAUNDRY UNIT RENTAL.

Terrible customer service over the phone. Very rude.
