If I could give zero stars, they would receive zero stars. We have cabinets delivered regularly. On almost every single occasion they have failed to show up the date scheduled for delivery. This happened again today. They also have yet to show up in the time frame provided. Cabinets arrive damaged regularly.
Mover Company is my work.....good Company
This company was in charge of transferring our entire new kitchen cabinet order from a factory in Connersville, IN to our home in Indianapolis (around an hour away). After 9 business days, we had heard nothing. Upon calling the company today, we have been informed they have LOST our entire cabinet order. This is completely unacceptable. At this point, even if our order is found, I have no idea whether our brand new cabinets were stored in a climate controlled warehouse this entire time, or if they have been exposed to the summer humidity and elements. I am livid, and would recommend if given the choice, you never do business with this company.
Great customer service. There was a slight issue with delivering our items, but Ryan (GM) and Lindsey (customer service) provided immediate assistance and delivered upon their promise.
