Sent in two invoices mid December and got paid after 4 months after filing on their bond. They have been avoiding answering emails and giving any information via phone. Will not work with them again.

Only been with this company for a bit over a month now. I read some of the other reviews that were negative to how the company operates and treats there drivers. I can say I have not ran into any issues or problems. Great people and they take care of you while out on the road as if you were there own blood line family out here. I get paid what I expect and sometimes more than I could calculate. I find it to be a very humble, family ran company. The few issues I ran into I brought up and they fixed them as soon as we finished talking about it. I highly recommend working for TLC Express!!! I myself, hope to be working for this company and the people who run it for a great deal of time.nnThanks TLC for the opportunity to work for and with you.

It's amazing that a place like this is even In operation! Most of the is staff completely incompetent, obnoxious and not to mention unscrupulous.nI worked there only for awhile but within the first week I saw where things where heading.nMy first check I had to chase after missing money.nIt could have been an honest mistake you could say, but it kept happening. Their dispatchers have a very easy job but act as though they work for the pentagon. And are way too stressed out to answer simple questions pertaining to your load I.E. miles, pay etc. Also they're good at putting you on hold for an obscene amount of time or just hang up on you.nand don't even think about calling you back unless you want to waste more time because the next one you talk to will not have an inkling what's going on.nSo I hope this helps out anybody that is considering working for this place do yourself a favor don't.

I've worked with TLC for several years now and have never been disrespected, lied to, cheated out of money, etc. The team there seems like any one else, treat them with respect and they will treat you with respect. They seem to load me as soon as they can find something for me as they do not have round trip runs all the time, but do what they can to load me as quick as possible. I'm glad I ran across this company.
