I was so excited to finally get a customized closet and then the day came and it was a total disaster. The guy that was suppose to put my closet together had an emergency ( I am not that selfish to not understand this) but they did not communicate this information until two hours after my initial start time. They didn't have all the pieces for my closet so they had to come back. They never came back until I called to see if they were going to come back and finish my closet. They finally came back and they still didn't have the right pieces. Guess what? My closet is STILL NOT FINISHED. I gave up on continuing to call to have them come out to finish my closet. I work during the week and it is an inconvenience to continue to take time off work to see if the closet will ever get finished. I am writing this review because I really liked my sales lady and everyone was nice but I am still left with an unfinished closet. I hope you all have better luck.

Our experience with this company was just HORRIBLE!!!! Throughout the many, many months of sadly having to deal with this company, I had the displeasure of dealing with Blake. He continually would ''forget'' to put us on the work schedule, forget what we discussed, messed up orders, and even seemed to forget who I was despite me having to deal with him all the time due to the company's and his incompetence. One of their workers (sadly I can't remember his name) actually installed several locks on my file cabinet drawers upside down. I think he was on drugs honestly, and fortunately they did finally fire him after he made multiple mistakes on the large job at our house. Then later on, they sent Leslie G who was so arrogant and said her company couldn't add more drawers to an existing closet. I was shocked at her saying this. I then called and hired a competitor who installed multiple drawers with no problem and who did a fantastic job. AVOID this company at all cost!!!!

These guys can’t get there act together. The spent an entire day measuring my closets only to have done it wrong and they couldn’t install them. They came back and remeasured, and again measured wrong. They are not responsive. They don’t return calls and it takes forever to to get them out.nnI don’t know how they are still in business.

Installation took over 7 months from start to finish. Product installed was inferior quality pressboard - the home depot self install boxes look nicer that what they tried to install as their standard quality. Company was unpleasant to deal with through the process of correcting and completing their work. If you choose to work with them - go over their work with a fine tooth comb.
