This place is horrible to go through the manager Carmen is rude and I set up where they could take the payments out of my account and they haven't the past 2 times and blow our phone up because they messed up on there end and then tell me that I should have paid my bills before I went out of town for a loss in the family I told him that it wasn't my fault that they haven't taken there money outand haven't off on me and threatened me with court lol poor customer service they should get people in there that actually want to fix the problem instead of going off on customers I wouldn't recommend anyone going through this rent a center

Very disrespectful manager. He hang the phone on me when I was trying to lay out my concerns. They couldn't wait for me to get home to pick up the fridge but they expect me to stay home with a 3 hour window to wait till they get here. Very useless customer service. Watch where you shop you may just regret it. Without paying to this company as a customer there wont be any Job or even sales made.
