From the very start Sean was very respectful and answered endless questions that I may have had while purchasing my monitor. He wanted to know what specs were important to me and what type of games I would be playing on my PC so he could find a monitor within my price range but also not lacking quality. Sean delivered on that promise and found me a great monitor at a great price and also even delivered it to my home. I will definitely be going to him for all of my gaming PC needs and even my wife's laptop needs. this type of customer service and value is very hard to find nowadays with everything being so automated.. WOW! Sean is awesome! You will not be disappointed!nnI was having problems with my laptop that is about 4 years old. I had taken it in to Geek Squad and they told me it would be 3+ months and upwards of $600 to fix it IF they could even find the parts. I LOVE this laptop and was not ready to part with it.nnI had an issue with the power outlet port. The prongs on the inside had broken off and my computer would not charge or hold a charge very well. Sean was able to take a look and tell me exactly what was wrong and offered me a very fair price to fix the problem. While he had the computer there was an issue with some of the plastic clips. They broke in the process of removing the back piece of the laptop. Sean was very willing to help fix this problem and was even willing to include it in his warranty and fixed it for me for no charge, which I really appreciated.nnHe communication with me with any updates and was very knowledgeable and professional the entire time. I felt like he was being very fair and that the work he did on my laptop was top notch. He even helped me optimize the laptop with a new SSD, which is awesome! The laptop runs so much smoother and faster! I am very happy.nnI would HIGHLY recommend Sean to anyone looking for help with device repair or optimization of your device!

Sean is the man! I bought a pre built gaming PC from Facebook and it turned out to have some issues. I contacted Sean, and in 24 hours he acquired and returned my computer with all my issues resolved for a very reasonable price. He was very professional and walked me through every step the way, doing his best to help me understand the things he was doing to my computer.

However, He was very professional and reassured me that everything was okay. He is very responsive, ethical, professional and kind. I had one problem with my deliver, but it wasn't his or my fault.
