A Place To Float

I treated myself and my mom to this unique experience. It was a first for both of us and we LOVED it. Not only was it a relaxing physical experience, but what A Place to Float offers is a space to get clarity within mind, body and spirit. It was incredibly relaxing and MUST try! A Place to Float has beautiful equipment and super friendly staff!

This was an excellent experience, I would highly recommend it; especially if it's your first time.nnThis was my first time in a float tank. The staff was courteous and communicative, they explained everything well and answered every question thoroughly. The facility itself was lovely, very calming and clean.nnMy one complaint is that it's a little difficult to see from the road, the signage is pretty small so you really have to be on the lookout or you'll pass it.

Super luxurious setting and total relaxation! The owners have seen to so many details from the non-slip flooring to the serene quiet room. The staff is warm and welcoming making my experience wonderful from start to finish. A Place to Float is far and away the nicest float center I've ever been to. I can't wait to go back!

I recieved a gift card for this place during 2019 holidays season and it took me two months to finally get around to scheduling my float. If I'd have known it was going to be such a magnificent experience, I would not have hesitated. For the first time since having my children, my body forgot the postpartum aches. The was no stress weighing me down. Only quiet and comfort. I left feeling lifted.nQuick Tip: avoid touching your face with the salt water on your hands. I've seen lower ratings about salt water in the eyes or mouth ruining the experience. There are towels and fresh water available to rinse your face if need be; and a floating halo (pillow) to keep your head elevated. Be gentle with yourself.
