Not impressed. Worst massage I’ve had I just did not like their technique at all. The ladies locker room has an unpleasant odor. The robes are thin and not really comfortable for covering up especially when not wearing a bra underneath. For the price I expected a more plush robe. The part that really irritates me was when I checked out, the therapist stood around while he asked me if everything was ok so I couldn’t really bring up that I didn’t enjoy massage, and then he asked me for gratuity right in front of her! It seemed obvious she was hanging around to see what her tip was. I find that incredibly rude. For the price I paid I’ve had amazing experiences as West Baden and I guess I expected this to be sort of on the same level. It isn’t.

Friend and I went for a manicure. The treatment was pretty good but the polish was subpar. On my nails, you can see where the technician didn’t cover the nail all the way when she did the second coat of polish- so you can clearly see two layers of polish in all my nails. My friend had bubbles on all of her fingers after she sat through the nail dryer. They had to take the polish completely off and start over. Not sure if the bubbles were from old polish or because the heater on the hand dryer was too hot. Very disappointing.

I've been here a few times and it's always a great time! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing.

10/5/19 - I left feeling VERY disappointed and upset after my haircut and I hate feeling this way. I have been wanting bangs for a long time. After seeing the positive reviews for this location, and 2 months of not having a hair cut, I decided to make a same day appointment. I asked for curtain bangs. I told the stylist I did not want straight across bangs and unfortunately the bang cut didn’t turn out at all like I described. I even showed a photo to the stylist of an example of what I wanted before my hair was washed. What’s worse is that they are WAY shorter than what I asked for. The downside when bangs are cut too short is that the only thing I can do is wait for them to grow out. Plus I have to spend more money to go to another salon to get it fixed! I’m not sure if their spa services might be great but I don’t recommend them for a haircut.nnOne month later, 11/5/19: no response from a representative from the salon. That says everything you need to know about this place. They don’t care about their customers.

In town for the day and booked a mani-pedi...Angel was amazing! Great atmosphere. Reasonable prices.
