A job is what you make of it, they have good people to work with and give you the tools to succeed. Yes they have older equipment but they also stay on top of keeping them up which is why they can pay you a lot more than you will probably make driving new fancy trucks somewhere else, companies gotta pay for the new trucks somehow and more times than not its coming from paying drivers smaller wages. Overall, great company.

Extremely kind and helpful staff
Drivers drive recklessly. This morning on i70 EB a driver was coming up the merge ramp from meridian and cut across 2 lanes nearly hitting 2 cars, I had to slam on my brakes and jump into the merging lane to a avoid rearending this driver. Truck was #T178. Driver didn't care in the slightest was too busy on they're phone or didn't even care they nearly caused multiple accidents with cars and myself a HazMat tanker. Absolutely ridiculous.
If you are a truck driver don't go to Soderl Trucking Company because you don't have a set schedule there you work morning and night different time so don't give your Life to (Soderl Trucking Company) move to a better job where you have a life
