Seriously, Kevin from Go Mini's Indy is absolutely amazing. I called him at 5:05pm not really expecting for anyone to answer but he did. We had a pod delivered this morning and when we opened it to check it out, we noticed it had a leak due to the really crazy rain we were having. Kevin unnecessarily apologized and said we would have a new one delivered before we started moving in the morning. The pod is brand new and had never been used before so nobody could possibly know it had a leak. 30 minutes later, Kevin personally called to say he was delivering a new unit to us and that he was on his way. He delivered the new unit in the pouring rain and was professional the whole time! I would not have been so pleasant if that was me!nGive that guy a raise, he is fantastic!!!

Go Mini beyond met my needs. The truck was clean and on wheels, allowing for ease when delivering and picking up. David quick to respond and answer all my questions. I stored my items for 3 weeks between moving into my home. All items were in tact. I had plenty of time to unload prior to picking up my storage trailer. I highly recommend using Go Mini and couldn't imagine moving another way again.

My Go Mini’s experience was unparalleled. No other company can do what this one can. First of all, the pricing and storage space for the price is the best on the market. After extensive research, you get more space for less money with this company. Hello money saving opportunity! Along with the rockstar pricing, Go Mini’s prorates your stay with them. Need to store for a month and 16 days? No problem. This company won’t steal your money for a while month’s price when you only use half.nnBeyond pricing, which we all know is king, Go Mini’s has superb customer service. I was able to discuss via phone and email all of my options. My contact was well mannered and did not want to exchange credit card numbers on the internet, worrying for and protecting my security. All communication was quick, efficient, and respectful. The managers were all extremely flexible. I emailed about two days before our move and they got me a truck for a time that worked for me. Each time the truck pickuped and dropped off the mini, everything was on time and executed perfectly. Not a single of my items broke, spoiled, or ruined.nnI highly suggest this company. You will not regret your choice, as long as you choose Go Mini’s!

These guys will go out of their way to make things happen for you. I had three containers delivered one at a time. Each time they were delivered either the next day or exactly when I requested them. If you are going to move, and maybe even store your stuff (I did for about 5 months while we looked for a house) I recommend Go Mini's.
