Me and my husband came to the store on Sunday and was very well taken care of. Went in hoping to get a good bed set and left with not only a great deal on our bed set but also a beautiful dresser as well. Everything was made so simple and I would absolutely get any furniture in the future from them.
Tried using my warranty for my mattress and never heard back from them. Ghetto and dirty
Everything was super easy and the person who helped me (so bad with names, I’m sorry!) was very helpful, easy to work with, and he knew what I had in mind as soon as I began to describe what I was looking for.nnI left off 1 star because I would like to see more choices, quality and value to choose from in rugs and some other items I observed in the showroom. Ruben’s wants your business, so it won’t surprise me to see that they up their home furnishings Game real quick!nnOverall, it was a good experience in home furnishings shopping, MY WAY. The pictures online are NOTHING like you see when you visit. Dirty couches in a garage type room. Some items second rate, due to rips or tears, broken pieces. I would not order, even if new. Seemed too unprofessional and unclean.
My experience was fantastic! It's truly wonderful when you go into an establishment and you have a representative that knows how to service you and get you exactly what you need. Ashley woods was there to help me find what I needed and was extremely nice. She definitely knows what she is doing and had a personality that is rare.
