I went to this location to purchase a freeze plug. The clerk was unable to do a simple VIN number look up to see what engine size my vehicle was. So I very easily went on to the AutoZone website and was able to look it up in just a few seconds. When I gave him the engine size he asked for the freeze plug diameter it took. I am pretty sure this is determined by the engine size but once again the AutoZone website was able to tell me just by the VIN number. Thanks to the rival website he now knew which one my vehicle needed and fortunately their computer system said that there were 8 in stock. After only a minute of searching he returned to tell me that he was unable to locate any of them and that all eight were missing from inventory. He then interrupted me mid-sentence to take a phone call before I was able to confirm that was going to be the extent of his search efforts and that I was simply out of luck. Very unprofessional and very inconvenient for me especially since I went out of my way to visit this location. I will not return. Instead I will give AutoZone a chance due to their free and easy to use online VIN decoder and parts selector which makes me think that their store is much more knowledgeable. O'Reilly needs to update their online and in-store parts catalog interface and train their employees on customer service and how to look up vehicle specs by VIN number.

The staff is generally knowledgeable if I'm not 100% sure what I'm looking for

The manager was very polite and funny. Got us just what we needed really fast!

There nice and warm. Easy to talk to Thay do have skills lacking. They need to learn more about what The customer wants.
