My partner and I went in on may 3 to get a couch and maybe other things. We thought we could use her store credit to get these things. She told me to pick what I wanted but the decision was hard from the used furniture that did not look too presentable, I told her never mind we can go else where. #1 because the tall man named Sean was a complete rude ass. He called his boss to verify something but when he explained what my partner was asking, he made it sound bad.#2 he act like he really did not want to help us and or work.n#3 we said never mind because of the confusion is the store credit and maybe come back another time or sell somewhere else until the tall jerk Sean starting asking about how much money she had to get it started. She told him never mind but he was still insisting on what's in her pocket. I spoke up and his big as snapped at me saying I AIN'T TALKING TO YOU IN TALKING TO HER!!!nLittle did this Jackass know that she was getting it for me and if I say no...fool you lose the sell.nWhether my decision or not why are the men so freaking rude.nThe female Sean stopped him before it became an argument.nThis is the second rude ass at this location.nI knew we shouldn't have went back to them... And I warm everyone do not ship with this location.

I would never recommend such a place...thought this was going to be a good experience it was the absolute worst!!! Do not rent from THIS rent a center the staffing is rude and the manager is ruder they don’t want to be in business and you can tell!!! Thank good I’m done with them

They forgot to move our bed while we were moving to a different place. They gave us 2 different times and then forgot when I called the 3rd time. Also the man was alone and was struggling to carry the queen mattress.

They gave me a time frame for delivery and changed it with out informing me of the 2hour time difference ,then said if I want to come up to the store and get my money back I can, I need the merchandise ,...but I can go to another store location and not get treated as though my buisness and my money is not a value....fyi rent a center our money/buisness is how u earn ur pay check, no customers , no job
