There was Debbie nice and very helpful that you are my questions for me I wish they were to the way on East Washington Street all them down there a bunch of dummiessoI went to the one on the Southside by greenwood Mall least they help me out they fix my phone it was very nice and help me they know what they talkin aboutI will not go to back to the weather on East Washington Street in a bunch of dummies that do you know nothing about T-Mobile phones but the one on the Southside by greenwood Mall they know what they talkin about there are good people

I was sent to pick up some phones by another sales Representative but the reference by the name CeeCee was very unprofessional and rude. She looks very unfit to work as a customer service representative. She was unpleasant; again she tried to force wrong transaction on me. I asked her question about phones, she couldn't give keen detailed of my purchases. That is the reason for a one star.

The people at the store can't help you .You have to call and get some on the phone if it's a real problem.
