Omg, the staff was fantastic and so very helpful. Told us things they saw that were beginning to wear and would need repair eventually. We decided to go ahead and make the repairs now. Chris was very upfront about the prices and did not pressure us at all. We took the violin on on Saturday and repairs are scheduled to be done Monday. Our previous repair shop would take 1 to 2 weeks and not give us the great service we received at Indianapolis Violins!
Indianapolis Violins' staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. When I started lessons with a new instructor and she recommended a different cello they let me turn in the current rental for a warmer sounding one, no questions asked. I really appreciated this since I'm newer to the instrument and I'm going off what my new instructor communicates to me, not what I know or am able to descern from my own playing.nnI've rented two prior instruments from them in the past, another cello and a violin. Both experiences were great and they've always been quick to respond and offer assistance if needed.nnGreat group and I hope they keep up their awesome, friendly work!
Had an amazing experience at Indianapolis Violins! They had us in and out in about 15 minutes. Staff was knowledgeable, positive, polite, and friendly. We will definitely be coming back for all our cello needs and future violin buys.
We had a great experience at this violin place. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. They let us used their studio for an hour and rented a violin for a very reasonable price. Appreciate all your help!
I recently had new strings put on my viola and a slight adjustment on my bridge and post and Chris did an excellent job! Very happy with the results. Highly recommended!
