I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes to pick up his prescription and then wait the next day when my doctor called it in at 4o’clock in the afternoon it should be ready by the time they close. This is multiple times that this is happened and it is very slow and some of the people seem to not care that is very slow and they don’t seem to hurry. And this is really getting out of hand. It’s been like this for two months now and there’s times Where I have had medicine called in and it was ready that day. And then wait 45 minutes just to tell me my prescription is not ready and I need a day to start my son on them.So if I could give zero stars and negative one I would. I’m sick and tired of dealing with my Prescriptions not being ready the same day like they’re supposed to and like they used to and I’m sick and tired of waiting 45 minutes to get my prescriptions when they should be ready that day in my kid needed to start the medicine that night.
If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would! Even negative stars!! I was attempting to pick up prescriptions for my 78 year old mother and I have waited more than an hour for prescriptions. They did not say that the prescriptions could not be filled until I was ready to pick up 2 of them. And then they said I could they would partial fill them and I had to wait another 15 minutes it actually was 25 minutes before I could pick up the partial prescription. I am so frustrated I don't think I will ever go back to this pharmacy! And I don't even live in this town! But I sure will be sure to tell everyone that I know not to go to this pharmacy because they seem to be incompetent. !
This is the only pharmacy I'll ever use in this city! I know the techs on first name basis. They are always super friendly and I love getting emails to let me know when my meds are ready. They even showed me how to set up my account online so I don't have to call in prescriptions ever again in life. Totally love this place
Good customer service
Always fast and friendly. Also Wal-Mart is usually the least expensive when it comes to prescriptions.
