Shari's Cafe and Pies

Food was quick and good, but that's not this review is about. My waitress Angela was incredible! She was funny, witty, amazing with the children and other patrons in the restaurant. My drink didn't even go dry or anything, she was zipping around this place handing everything thing and everyone efficiently and with a great attitude.nThank you.nGreat service.

Food was great and wait staff tended to us just enough. Wasn't crowded and I didn't have to wear a mask while seated! Loved that feeling of normal

Facility was heavily understaffed. Upon entering the restaurant, we waited around 10 minutes before our presence was even acknowledged. The only two employees on the floor seemed much more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. It was apparent that we were not the only customers experiencing this. It was blatantly obvious that other customers were also waiting for service from staff. Unfortunately, there was only one Host, and a single Waiter responsible for service to the many hungry customer. After finally being seated, we were handed menus and asked what we prefer to drink. We asked for simply just two glasses of water. Throughout our entire stay, we never were given water with out meal.nThe meal itself was not bad. I quite enjoyed our Prime Rib Eggs Benedict. Even though the sourdough toast we had requested never showed, and our Pie shake was served long after out entree was already eaten.nAfter we finished our meal, dissapointed, my wife asked if I would agree to never visit this Shari's Location ever again. I assured her that our money would be best served spent elsewhere.

This was the worst meal ever. I ordered sourdough it came out on wheat. I ordered grilled it came out not. When it was brought back it didn’t have cheese that I ordered and still not grilled. There was a weak attemp at toasting the bread leaving it a dry crumbled mess. Still with no cheese and cold. Even after all that it was still wrong.nnMy husbands Cuban which he ate very little of was fishy. The best part if you could call it that was the half basket of cold saggy fries.nnThe waitress service was excellent. She tried to make it right but it appeared she met huge resistance from manager. When we checked out and told manager he did not care.nI would not waste your money or time with this restaurant - going to a truck stop would be better!
