So i got a hotdog in pretzel bread, the lady gave it to me like she didn't want to be bothered and the bread was burnt, not just brown but burnt and hot dog was shrivelled like it was days old, and her excuse was the oven is old and if she took it out any sooner the dough would be raw. My thought, then don't try to sell it! Get the oven fixed! Sell the hotdogs cheaper! But her attitude just made it even worse, don't recommend going there at all.

I love Aunt Anne’s. However the person working this afternoon had a terrible attitude. She could’ve just been having a bad day. But don’t let that show in your customer service. Body language 100% showed she did not want to stop what she was doing to help me, (I’m sure that’s why the people in front of me decided to leave) it was rude, and the pretzel I received was charred. I didn’t say anything because it was still edible, and I didn’t want to exert the energy to make it a big deal. I understand that bad days can happen, I Hope her day gets better; or if she doesn’t want to work there then just don’t. This experience was just one bad one out of many good ones, still love aunt Anne’s

Well, I wanted a regular pretzel with cinnamon sugar. Unfortunately they didn't have any pretzels period to dip into the sugar. I was asked if I minded waiting and I said no. They then made a whole batch of pretzels and then they were about to hand me two regular pretzels. They ended up blaming it on the guy that took my order who had left for the day shortly after taking my order. So I was asked yet again if I minded waiting and I again said no.nnDuring this whole ordeal I watched them burn an entire batch of pretzels and they threw them all into the garbage. It took so long to get me a cinnamon pretzel, they offered me a drink of my choosing. I eventually received my pretzel.nnThe wait time had to be at least half an hour. 8:15-8:45pm. Should have been offered a refund as well but, Meh.
