Walmart Pharmacy

Wait times are crazy, staff is super friendly, I come here for prescription formula for my little one with a milk protein allergy and they always have it in stock. Haven’t had to interact much with knowing if they’re knowledgeable but the little bit I’ve seen, they definitely need to work on the wait times.

Girl working at the pick up counter tells me 30 mins for a prescription I called in 5 hours earlier so I circle the store waiting for a text to pick up my prescription I walk back up in 40 mins for the girl at the counter to tell me that it is out of stock with an attitude. I ask her why I wasn’t told this when I came up to the counter the first time she cops an attitude with me and says I don’t know I just work here. Worst customer service.

They need 2 people for check out in shelbyville.Line is always 4-5 people and the wait is too long.Ive seen as many as 9 people in line,one person checking people out,and 5 employees filling scripts.Customer service needs attention desperately.

Great staff, unfortunately I can never use this pharmacy because they always seem to be out of stock on the prescriptions that I need. Usually there are very long lines, which means a long wait time when dropping off and picking up your prescriptions.
