Bestway is an excellent company to work for.nYou can actually like your dispatcher. Thats not true in many places. The trucks are a little slow but you cant have everything. They try to take care of their drivers needs and maintenance on their trucks. Excellent place to work depending on what youre looking for.
Teach your drivers not block scales at truck stops! There is a reason for yellow marked lines...they are called parking spaces!
Drivers, stay away at all costs. They have old, junky equipment. They don't pay well and you have to watch your paycheck like a hawk because they will try to scam you. Their recruiters will tell you whatever they have to, so that you will sign on the dotted line. The health insurance they provide is not very good and has a high yearly deductible.
