Do you really want to use this company for your storage needs? We recently rented a space from securecare. After a few short months, we had a rate increase. After 5 more months, another increase. Expect your rate to increase by about 25% per year. That’s over 10x the rate of inflation!! This is a national corporate storage company. After I lost a credit card, reported it lost, my auto-payment to securecare failed. They called to ask for a new form of payment. It was at that time I realized my rate increase. I spoke with Jennifer and I must say that she is great and securecare is lucky to have her as an employee. She kindly took time to email the “manager” to ask if he would meet me in the middle on the rate increase. The response, “No, our rates are competitive.” That’s not the point. They will lock you in with a “competitive” rate and raise it almost immediately. Most businesses couldn’t operate this way...but they realize their customers hands are tied after you have spent time and energy storing your things. Honestly, it’s not worth my time to leave this review but It’s an unethical business model. If you plan on storing short term (3months), go for it. Just know that you will have major rate hikes almost immediately. If you need to store for more than 6 months, I’d look elsewhere. Jennifer, I hope you are getting a 25% raise each and every year!

My experience has been outstanding. I was able to get in and get everything stored safely and the staff worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly. I had the pleasure of meeting Felicia who was outstanding and accommodating to work around my schedule, and help me get everything I needed taken care of.

Very friendly service, And nicely maintained facility!

They raise your rates . Been there just over a year and have raised my rates twice. So if your looking for long term storage this is not your place. Just plan on moving again. Started at 76 a month to now my rate is 96. Not happy about having to move again.
