The customer service was great. The lady helped me so much she even called to make sure I could find the place okay. Then she even went as far as putting air into one of my trailer tires that went flat. I appreciate all of it more than she knows because I've never had to have a storage unit before and she made my experience as easy as possible and one that was very nice. I would for sure recommend them to anyone!
Yesterday I typed “ storage near me “ just to get some ideas on prices and availability. In less than 10 minutes, I had already rented my space. Extra Space Storage has a wonderful website that was easy to navigate. The on line prices we unbeatable, and Chelsea called me immediately to let me know everything was in place. I encourage anyone considering a storage unit to check this out.
