Malcom served me today and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. He did an incredible job providing me with exceptional and courteous service. I was in the market for blue light blocking glasses and knew they carried them after a Google search. I was excited to see they had plenty in stock for a fantastic, affordable price

Went in to buy a bed today. There was 2 employees working and they had a (slow) process. We asked to try 1 specific mattress and the lady said she wanted us to stay on this side of the store with the other people. We were assured that the guy working would come over and take us to the bed that we asked about. We stayed in that bed for about 10 minutes and he never came over.nWe got out of bed and went to see what was going on and the guy that was supposed to be helping us had someone else in that bed that came in after us.nI guessed that they were judging me by the way that I was dressed (sweats) and not a suit like the guy he helped out in front of me.nNo problem I will purchase a bed from your competitor and tell everyone I can about your quality service.nMy goal is to cost you many sales.

I went to the 8707 us 31 South location and seen Kelsey Johnson.. She was awesome explaining and showing us all the types of sleep numbers .. She help us find our setting that we each liked ... She was very friendly and I would highly recommend her.. She made us feel like we had known her for years..She also helped out with our 3 year old keeping him entertained so we could shop.. Thank You Kelsey!!!!

Great experience. Seeing and feeling the difference really helps with understanding whats a good fit. Zero G will be my go to sleep setting :)nOtis was great, very accommodating!

My wife and I went buy to purchase a new pillow and cooling covers for our pillows. Otis helped us out and he was so helpful to get us what we needed. We are on our 2nd sleep number bed and we love it . But o can’t say enough about the service we have received. Especially from the Greenwood , Indiana store.
