We worked with Tom he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. A lot of mattress and pillow models to test to make sure you get the right fit for a great night sleep.

Salesman Adam was knowledgeable and very helpful. Delivery was very professional and contacted us as to arrival time. Set up was fast and done well. We are very pleased with Long's and can't wait to try out our new bedroom set.
